Yingke Law Firm set up a pilot meeting room booking management system in Beijing and Shanghai, with a total of 60 meeting rooms installed with Somai meeting room booking displays and infrared detectors.

This enables meeting rooms and visitors to be booked in the user's OA system, and meeting time resources to be recovered if the meeting room is not used through the meeting room infrared detector and rules set by the meeting booking platform. Visitors' machines have also been added to this project, and the meeting booking system has been effectively integrated with the visitor system.
