2、 Responsible for the daily management of the marketing department of the Group.
3、 Formulate the task objectives and work plan of the marketing department, reasonably control the market input cost and achieve the target profit.
4、 Formulate and implement the group's brand and product marketing plan.
5、 Responsible for market development, market promotion, user acquisition, and resource integration.
6、 Responsible for channel development, customer depth exploration, business negotiations.
7, pay attention to industry dynamics, regular market forecasts and intelligence analysis, to provide the basis for the company's decision-making.
Job qualifications.
1、Bachelor degree or above, graduated from marketing, planning, advertising communication and other related majors, experience in To B product promotion is preferred.
2, more than 5 years of Internet enterprises or education training related experience, with college channels preferred.
3, proficient in enterprise brand planning and marketing, advertising and other market business. Experience in brand promotion, marketing planning, market planning activities, digital marketing related experience.
4、Solid writing skills and rich experience in new media operation.
5、Strong market insight and ability to execute activities.
6、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to self-motivate, adapt to pressure and constantly accept new challenges.
