DIAS has installed Somai meeting room booking screen in all 30 meeting rooms at its headquarters in Pudong, Shanghai.

With the Somai Alien screen, meetings booked by employees on their mobile phones or computers are synchronised with their Outlook calendars, so that employees can check the status of their meeting room bookings in Outlook as well.
