Somai meeting room booking screens have been installed in all 26 meeting rooms at frieslandcampina's headquarters in Shanghai.

It enables the booking of meeting rooms on the mobile corporate WeChat and PC, and the booking of meeting rooms is restricted for the month by the corporate WeChat sweep code on the meeting room screen to sign in and the rules set by the meeting booking platform, in case the meeting room is not used.

With the Somai 8101 display, meetings booked by employees on their mobile phones or PCs are synchronised on the Outlook calendar, so that employees can check the status of their meeting room bookings in Outlook as well.
