TAL Group (NYSE: TAL) has installed Somai meeting room  screens and infrared detectors in 800 meeting rooms in all its subsidiaries worldwide.

The management platform enables the companies to manage their own meeting rooms, and through the meeting room infrared detector and the rules set by the meeting booking platform, they can restrict the booking of meeting rooms this month if they are not used.

In this project, a visitor system module was also added, and the pinned reminder function effectively integrated the meeting booking system with the visitor system.
