TAL is a science and technology education company that takes smart education and open platform as the main body, quality-oriented education and extracurricular counseling as the carrier, serves public education worldwide, helps private education, and explores new models of future education. The predecessor of TAL, XRS, was officially renamed TAL on August 19, 2013. From 2015 to 2019, TAL (XRS) was rated as "Top 100 Chinese brands of value" for five consecutive years. In 2017, TAL became an educational technology enterprise selected for the "Five-year Achievement Exhibition" hosted by the Propaganda Department. In 2019, TAL established the first post-doctoral scientific research workstation in the education industry.
