Rmeeting can book meetings using Outlook emails, supports Exchange Server, Office 365, synchronisation of meetings to the Rmeeting server and notification of meeting room displays. Meetings booked in Rmeeting can be synchronised to the Exchange server and sent to the employee's Outlook calendar.
