Materials commonly used in exhibition stand construction

There are many times when we use panels in stand construction, which are also an important part of the construction, but there are various types of panels, different panels will have great differences in use and usage, so the panels are different and our design will be designed in different places according to its type, which also saves the booth construction cost.
1. Particleboard: The main material is particle. It is a simple and inexpensive alternative to density board, with a slight particle processing and some additives. Its strength and other properties are much worse than density board, easy to damage. However, after the surface film is not visible, you can not see that there is a problem.
2. Fireproof board: is a density board surface coated with a layer of flame retardant flame retardant effect, the thickness of 0.6mm / 0.8mm / 1mm / 1.2mm / 1.5, the thickness of thin, such as an office paper. Available in many colours on the surface. Optional as required. Surface with surface, surface optional, commonly used on wooden surfaces, glued with special adhesive. With paint wear-resistant, abrasion-resistant and easy to construct. Exhibition generally choose 08mm thickness.
3. Density board: generally used for low density board and medium density board. The processing process of density board for exhibition stands is generally a small piece of raw material, such as pine yang, and then crushed into a fine powder. The powder is then added to the powder and the powder is pressed into the board.
The processing of low density MDF is not too different, but the strength is not the same. The process of MDF requires strict control of parameters to ensure quality and strength as well as additives such as formaldehyde overruns to meet national requirements.
4. Plywood is also known as multilayer board. For example, three plywood, five plywood, nine plywood, etc. The internationally used term is plywood or centiplate, for example: three plywood, five plywood, nine plywood, 12 mm, 15 plywood, 18 plywood, etc.
It consists of a second layer of structure, mainly a veneer on the surface and a sandwiched interlayer. The wood is boiled away from the logs. The thickness is in theory between 0.4 mm and 0.5 mm. The middle plate is also made of raw wood, boiled open and cut into thick skins. The thickness varies according to the thickness of the plate. It is used at fairs to make a strong face.
5. Damp-proof board, which is actually a density board with a damp-proofing agent, is dark green and similar to density board.
In addition to the above-mentioned panels, the following materials are also commonly used for stand construction:
1. Metal materials
Metal materials include stainless steel, steel plates and aluminium alloys.
Metal materials commonly used in exhibitions include steel plates, angles, square tubes, round tubes, stainless steel profiles, aluminium composite panels, etc. If the booth is designed with a two-storey structure, for safety reasons, angle steel is used for load-bearing, even if it is supported by a wooden structure, the angle steel is also wrapped inside.
2. Artificial imitation stone
Artificial imitation stone has the texture of natural stone, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, pollution resistance, convenient construction, and colour, variety, shape, etc., but the colour, texture is not as natural as natural stone, soft, exhibition often use artificial imitation stone materials.
3. Architectural glass
Glass with light transmission, perspective, sound insulation, thermal insulation and other roles, chemical stability, acid resistance (except hydrofluoric acid) is strong, the disadvantage is that brittle, poor resistance to acute cold and heat, alkali and metal carbonates can dissolve glass. Glass is used in exhibitions for partitions, floors and decoration. Sandblasted glass, ground glass and sprayed glass with light-transmitting and opaque features, can be used as partition walls. Ice blossom glass and engraved glass can be used for decoration.
4. Gypsum decorative board
Gypsum has light weight, heat insulation, sound absorption, non-combustible, nailable and sawable properties, fine texture, smooth surface, white colour, but also has moisture regulation, sound insulation and other properties. The exhibition can be decorated with paper-faced gypsum board, decorative gypsum board and gypsum flower decoration.
5. Plastic materials
Plastic is light and high-strength, good insulation, corrosion resistance and decorative properties, and easy to process. Plastic materials commonly used in exhibitions are PVC, sunlight panels, light box sheets, etc.
